The Study and Organization workshop contains extensive research about the most effective and efficient ways to learn and study.  Students attend four 1-hour sessions, one in each of 4 weeks, where they spend 30 minutes learning how to learn and 30 minutes applying the techniques to their current homework.  At the end of the 4-week workshop, the students will have learned the essential skills needed to succeed at school.

Outside of homework pressure, the biggest source of stress for all students is writing tests and exams.  This 1.5-hour workshop provides students with information about what to do before, during and after a test/exam to ensure the best possible results..
